Default Mounting a Mom. Switch on ani MR?

Hello all! I recently purchased one of Ultra's boards on impulse, without realizing that it required a momentary switch at first. I'm attempting to install the board into a MR ani ep III saber hilt, and I needed some opinions as to where to drill a .5 inch hole on the saber. The control box? directly on the hilt? Any suggestions/comments would be greatly appreciated.

A 1/2" hole is huge for a momentary. I'd get a better switch first... look for "tactile" switches. They are low profile and small as they get.

I think mounting in the activation box would be best. If you get a good tactile you may only have to drill a 1/8" or so hole and do no modifying of the black plastic under the gold plate.
