Rob, I may be picking your brain on that at a later date, if that's cool with you.
I have a tricky fitting issue, although I'm around 5'10", I weigh 210 lbs, yet I have a 32 inch waist, and a 46 inch chest.

I'm thinking of TK armor later as I want to see more action when the StarWars exhibit comes to town in a few months, and all the Vaders with a longer tenure are already talking about hogging all the trooping days.

Well I am 5'7 I started workign out when I was in High school and still do. I have a 50" chest and am 200 lbs when I flex my Bicep is 20" . just so u know I am not a hefty guy I have no prob at my size and weight of fitting in the RT with my chest size. At your size you should pull it off almost perfect You would be a trooper with some shoulders not a twig like they used in the films, some of the troopers from ANH need to eat something I can pm you the name of the guy who does RT armor or the guy who does the AP They like 150-200 more then the FX kit btu look a hell of a lot better

The LID I bought from Robt666 came today, as well as the trooping tote w/wheels, and the cans of valspar black pearl to paint the new armor

That lays to rest the argument that the Portumac, and Northglass LIDS MAY be different, I have both, and they're Identical.

....again, as far as that's concern, it's a dead subject "Over there" LAN.

I have enough stuff to take care of right now.

Long list My Sith Brother, ...Things to do yet...

-attach the straps for new shin guards, and fasten into place
-Put final clear coat on first set of fiberglass Portumac armor
-start sanding, and drill cape hook holes on second set of fiberglass Portumac armor.
-start clear coat on the "Northglass" LID
-fiberglass in the lower screen on the "Northglass" LID, and reglue tusks
-install fan, and battery holder in "Northglass" LID.
-Make a stand for the Portumac LID I bought from Rob.

This is the new "Porty" Armor, lots of work here -cape hooks are in the wrong place, and it needs a complete repaint

The "New" porty armor?? if so how is it like size wise with the older stuff? are the bells smaller?

It's not "New" New, I recently aqquired it, so it's new to me.
It seems to be a better size than the OLD Porty armor I bought last year from someone on Ebay, this armor here could be "Northglass" or a recast from someone else, but I think it's Porty's

I was browsing ebay and there was one of the $800ish helmets and then there are tons of cheaper ones rubbies, don etc.. Whats the difference that makes the $800 ones worth $700+ more?
