Ok now listen to this, I had my saber all done up and I took some pics of it, turned it off and sat it down. About 2 minutes later I smell something wierd opened up my saber and found that around where the LED hooks up to the board there was burn marks. It looks like I need a new plug for it but the LED and board are fine, whats happaning?

I cant take nay better pics of the board. I have it running off of a 4.8 rechargable battery pack with 3 watt LED. I think that the onnector was messed up and thats what caused it, anyone know where to get a replacment one?

Is it possable that your getting a bad connection with the leads on the led?
Keep a stiff upper lip man your run of badluck will go away soon.
Karma will turn around and notice you standing there.
Just remember to not get frustrated.
Dont need another vader helmet insident. :P good luck. and you never know it could be a bad connection or hell ive had instinces where brand new speaker wire out of the package dident work cause it was messed up on the inside of the wire somehow.
