    hey all, i am new here but am looking forward to making my first custom luxeon saber soon. i have several saber hilts made from various materiels by either myself or my friend chris velner (i'll eventualy put up some pics of them) but none with working electronics

    Hello, I think most of us started with hardware sabers of some kind.

    Surprisingly (?), I never have (nor probably ever will) had any kind of hardware sabers.

    Coming from a staged combat background--I've always wanted practical, lightable props.

    And at this point, I'd really like to get them to ALL have sound one day--not just half of them or whatever...

    same for me, I've never had any fun with a hardware handle, i've seen some, while they may look cool, they're only for show, no slashing goes on with them. Welcome to the forums tho, and might i emplore you to join the light side?
