si i strip the speaker out and toss the bat pack, then i hook the speaker up to the board ( i will need to know where to hook it in) then i can hook it all into a 3w driver for a lux led. what kind of power pack will i need to get to run a 5w led and how should i hook it all up so i can get the high output from my led and not burn out either the driver or the sound board

True, but I think it's ridiculous if EVERY single board out there, every single version, every difference has to be accounted for on a FREE forum/thread/ etc.

Wiring up an FX board is listed in Tim's tutorials--the photo above is clearly an FX board, and it is not EL (no coil).

Although, whoever wants to do a diagram for each and every FX board out there... is welcome to do so, and I'm sure Tim would love to post more diagrams!

But VDD is still the same, along with SPK + and SPK - ... and the switch leads are a piece of cake as well. The LED wiring can be a bit tricky if the clash sensor is tied in, but that's not rocket science either...

NO, but if the person has NO KNOLEDGE of this at all, why let him fry a board just becouse It's easier to tell them to go look when they can just answer the question. Why must this come back full circle again. This is a forum to help saber builders, The more info people get the more stuff (potentially) tim will sell.
