If you can't find what you want in the screws section here

you might want to look into computer modding websites. they have various sizes and colors. I won't post a specific site as I don't mean to be disrespectful for anyone.

    hope this helps.

Well, this seems to fit with somthing I've been thinking about lately, so I'll post it here. Does anyone know if there is any source for rotary switches like on the prequel sabers? I'm thinking of the MR maul saber buttons - which look to be the same type also as the Obi and Qui-gon. I seem to recall Park's versions of these people had posted pics of, which had the same type of switch. Also I believe Erv did an Obi saber, and I believe kit fisto had done a custom mhs saber with a switch like this. Do people have to custom make these? or can you get them somwhere?
I did my own version of one with a rotary switch from allelectronics and a 10-32 knurled nut, held together with epoxy. It turned out really nice looking, and it is very convenient because there is absolutely no way to accidently turn it on or off. But the method for doing it takes a long time - I'd say at least 7 days from start to finished, ready to use, and I also don't really trust that epoxy to hold... When I get a chance to borrow my brother's camera I'll post pics.

I was just about to post a topic about these i found them at a hardware store for around $4 Can. they are the same size as the switches tim sells look in your local store under the lighting / electrical section for replacement lamp switches, if tim can get them cheaper and sell them in the store that would be great they have nice action and i am using the brass nut in the pic to top the switch after i install it.

That is almost exactly what I did... only I used this as a base instead.

It was rather too large, and the plastic housing had to be ground down a little. That switch looks much more ideal, I think.

Yes that would be very awsome, I think rotary switches would be a boss addition to the store.
