most of the boards are about the size of some change, seem like they could be super useful as saber internals, advertised as wearable for adding in to cloths.

there are arduino-based saber controllers already on the market which are small in size. Most of the boards from Adafruit require several "shield" components to enable: Motion, Gyro, Sound, and Light. By the time you add all the shield boards, it becomes complex with programming, as well as fitting it all into a hilt. Stand alone programmable saber controllers fit the bill a bit better if you're looking into that, but these forums aren't the appropriate place to discuss those controllers. They're not sold by TCSS. There are other saber forums: FX Sabers and The Rebel Armory where Arduino based controllers are discussed quite thoroughly.
