Default Prizm v5.5 Neopixel Blade issues

    Hello there!

So I was transforming my Prizm 5.5 from a dueling tri-cree LED to a neopixel as a show/practice blade. In an unfortunate turn of event, it's not as easy as I thought it would be.
Let's get some info in there first.
    I'm using a 15 A 18650 battery from TCSS (and it's fully charged I triple checked).
The dat wire is not crossing close to power wires.
I put on the correct resistors where needed.
Additionally, this blade worked for a NBV4 build about a year ago.

That's the video with the blade doing it's thing. It's not a font issue because it does that with every font.
I'm just stumped. Any suggestions would be very helpful.

For some reason it was set in the "Flame" setting and I just didn't know how to get it out. Some guys on fb showed me the way.
