    Default Possible problems receiving emails

    Hey all.

    I seem to need some help, I sent a custom work request to TCSS via the contact us page on Nov. 4. Now while I received an automated response to it, I haven't received anything else since then. I sent a follow up email to the automated email after a week of not hearing anything and still haven't heard anything. As I'm writing this I looked at that email and it came from shipping@thecustomsabershop. I know they have a few different email addresses like sales@thecustomsabershop, should I be sending my inquiries there instead? Or is there someplace else?
