Default noob parts list check for saber w/ sound

    howdy,
I am a total noob to the saber world.
ive purchased from ultra saber before... but well...
i want it to include sound...
and part of the process... is... building your own saber...

a pre thanks for any help answers and replies.

    so plans and knowledge.
my goal is to purchase parts between now and aug, and build for my bday in sept with my buddy hes buying parts as well.
up to this point i have a radio shack $20 soldering iron and very minimal electrical knowledge.
i made a pipboy with 3x 3v led lights running off a 9v battery with a switch. wired, soldered shrink tubed. no resistors.
i am 100% confident i could build a basic saber no sound.

i have watched the TCSS build videos on youtube that had direct links to parts lists. everything made sence as to what was going on.

so before the parts list check.
    A. Do i need a better soldering iron?
    B. Do i need more tools than my wire strippers and heatgun for the shrink tubing?
(i do have those grabby hand clamp things)

    Parts list.
undecided on the color at the moment but between the green lime and cyan they are all the 1000mA.
i would love to eventually make a saber with a charge port. but the goal for first sound build is light, and sound on movement and powerup/down

    Luxeon Rebel Star
    Cyan 122lm @ 700mA 3.4v - Run at 1000mA
    Lime 184lm @ 350mA 2.75v - Run at 1000mA
    Green 161lm @ 700mA 3.4v - Run at 1000mA

Star thermal tape pad - Single LED
Collimator Lens 8.7 deg viewing angle
    Cree/Rebel Lens Holder

    1ohm 5w resistor x 5
    .5ohm 3w resistor x 5 (extras)
    Nano Biscotte Sound Module V4 x 1

    Premium 28mm Speaker
    MHSv1 speaker mount Style 6 - For 28mm Speakers
NB V4 MWS Header and Wiring Harness

    18650 Single Cell Holder
    TrustFire Protected 3.7V 2400mAh 18650 Li-Ion Battery (2-pack)
    TrustFire TR-001 All-in-One Charger

26 gauge wire (sold by the foot) x5 (do i need dif colors)
    1/16" Heatshrink tubing x 2'
    1/8" Adhesive lined heatshrink tubing x 2'
    3/16" Heatshrink tubing x 2'

SPST Momentary Guarded switch with red button
(id rather a green button but i couldnt find it)

as for the saber hilt parts, i just went through and chose different parts In the same category as what was linked.
they were in the MHS list of parts.

attached is the video link i watched to get my parts list.

thank you for all of your help.
i am excited to join the ranks.

I don't see anything missing from that list.
We all have to start somewhere. The journey is all the more impressive by our humble beginnings.

http://led.linear1.org/1led.wiz for the lazy man's resistor calculator!
http://forums.thecustomsabershop.com...e-to-Ohm-s-Law for getting resistor values the right way!
