    Default New Build w/ Nano Biscotte V4 Assembly

    New to TCSS and this is my first build. I received my hilt parts, and electronics. NB V4 assembly (, BuckPuck 1000mA 4-wire, SPST Momentary Switch, and Rebel Star LED & MHSV1 Heatsink (

    No wiring diagram came with the NB Assembly. I have no idea how to wire the switch, buckpuck,and LED. I presume these are in series, but the wiring makes no sense with the way the connectors are set up. The BuckPuck has 4 wires: LED + (white) and LED - (blue).Then VIN + (red) and VIN - (black). I assume VIN = voltage in. So the + (White) from the NB wiring harness goes to BuckPuck VIN +, and the - (yellow) from the NB wiring harness goes to BuckPuck VIN -.

    Then the output LED goes to the corresponding sides of the LED/HeatSink.

    Where does the switch plug in? (Update) I came across another post that mentioned that a momentary switch doesn't work with the BuckPuck. I also happen to have a latching switch I purchased (16mm anti-vandal latching blue ring switch). This one has five connectors (+ and - then N01 NG (?) and C1). So this adds some additional complexity to my build.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    The pinout is different..

    From top to bottom, board pinout
    ** Positive (+)
    ** Negative (-)
    ** Activator switch
    ** Channel 1 (-)
    ** Channel 2 (-)
    ** Channel 3 (-)
    ** NeoPixel Data
    Donít work with buckpuck so canít help there

    You can't use a BuckPuck with the Nano Biscotte. The voltage requirements for each are incompatible with the other. would work, as would using a resistor. has details on hooking up to the wiring harness on the NB.
