Thread: Neopixel Ignition Speed

    Default Neopixel Ignition Speed

I just recently finished my first saber using the NBV4 and now I'm messing with settings to try and make it perfect. The #1 thing I am having trouble getting to work is the ignition speed. I've messed with the qon/qoff speeds and that doesn't seem to do anything. I saw this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iz4nuRYLkYM and he gets the blade to do what I would like. Any thoughts? I'll post my current settings down below.

Is this a config file from one of the banks or the override file?

It's for one of the banks

See if there is a won and off in the override.txt file. If there is, either modify those, or remove the lines completely if you want different speeds per bank.

So I figured it out. My problem was assuming on a scale of 0-3000 that 1500 was a good starting point. The speed I was looking for was around 150 so i wasnt seeing any changes when i edited the qon

Hi there! you said 150 but was the qon or qoff or both? what numbers did you end up using for both?
