Thanks Jediseth! the brass kill key is only for display purposes. Its to heavy for transportation and may fall out from its own weight when moved. There is a slot in the plastic barrel attached to the rod that when is turned to the right rotation will let the contacts in the RC port contact and will turn the saber one. If its out of alignment with the RICE port it will not function.

No costume that I'm aware of but that would be cool!
