    Default Pico Crummble Shorty

I've been working on shrinking my chassis design in order to make two matched single handed sabers. This is what I came up with for a chassis and hilt design. I wanted to be able to attach a led holder and or crystal chamber to the front of the battery/chip holder so i used the MHS V6 as a starting place. I created a template for end drilling the back and front of the chassis so the holes lined up and then started milling the parts. The shelf is made from .030" G10 composite ( non conductive). Here are some pics. final hilt not including the d-ring holder is about 8.5"..
    The hilt has a 3000 mAh Li-ion, Cree RGB XP-E2, RGB 12mm momentary switch, and Switchcraft CP.template.jpgmilling 2 (2).jpgcomp 1 (2).jpgchassis 1 (2).jpgcomplete hilt 1 (2).jpgPico Crumble wired 1 (2).jpgcomplete hilt 5 (2).jpgcomplete hilt test (2).jpg

I like it, it’s stubby like Yoda’s hilt.
