    Post NBV4 Neopixel Wiring Diagram

Hey guys, i'm looking into doing my first neopixel install and wanted to share the wiring diagram I came up with. My biggest question is on the voltage of the battery and led strips. The strips are 5v, and the battery is only 3.7v, will there be any issues running with that battery? Is there something I can do to boost up the voltage going to the strips?

Take a look at the diagram and let me know of any thoughts/suggestions.

    Thanks everybody!

You do not need or want to boost the power to 5v. The pixels will mostly run hotter, not brighter. While you do need to have a battery capable of outputting 10A so the protection circuit doesn't trip, your actual draw at 3.7v will probably be 5-7A depending on the color you use and number of pixels (theoretical max is 14.4 for full white at 5v for a 2x120 blade).

Update: I remove the resistor for the accent LED and it works fine.

Hello everyone. I'm also working on a similar wiring but with accent LED. Please have a look and let me know if something is wrong.
