Default First Saber Build Electronics Setup Confirmation

Good morning Sith and Jedi alike!

First saber build and I wanted to confirm the electronics setup. Below shows my parts list and an image I found from the Nano Biscotte sound board work mat. Is the image accurate for what I am wanting to build?

Thanks in advance for any help!

    First Parts list:
    1. Saber Forge Acolyte Hilt
    2. Keystone Electronics Single Cell Holder
    3. 18650 KeepPower 3500mAh Protected Button Top Battery
    4. LED Heat sink
    5. 2W 28mm Bass Speaker
    6. Nano Biscotte Sound Module v4
    7. 12mm Momentary Blue Ring Switch
    8. Switchcraft 2.1mm Power Jack
    9. x2 .47ohm .5w resistors
    10. x1 1ohm 5w resistor
    11. Star thermal tape pad - Tri LED
    12. Blue/Blue/White Tri-Cree XP-E2 CopperNova
    13. 18deg Tri-Rebel.Cree Star Lens
    14. 28 gauge wire all around

From the image, I am looking at the bottom right instructions. Difference would be the image shows Red/Red/White. Mine is Blue/Blue/White.

Looks good to me. You are missing a kill key though.

Thanks! I did forget about that.

Oh and question about the wiring. For example, the wires connecting to the LED positives, is that 3 separate wires all soldered at the end? Or are you splicing them off somehow?

You wanna splice those together to keep wires to the board to a minimum.

    Another follow up questions.

    1. Do I "have" to have a power jack?
    2. Can I use the Keystone battery holder and an 18650 KeepPower battery? https://www.illumn.com/18650-keeppow...utton-top.html
    3. I was looking at owning 2 batteries and a charger, remove a battery when its getting low and just swap in the fully charged one.
    4. Will this cause any issues with the sound board? Although I wouldn't think so.

    Thanks in advance!

1.You will only have to have a power jack (aka, recharge port) if you want to charge your lightsaber
externally, so you won't have to take it apart often. I will suggest using one though.
    2. I would think so.
3.The only disadvantage with that battery setup is it won't work well with dueling and you will have to open up your saber every time you swap/charge the batteries.
    4. No, but if you are going to be doing hard dueling with your saber, it may disconnect and reboot.
