Does TCSS sell Metal Film resistors or Carbon Film resistors?

I was just rereading the NBv4 Manual and on page 12 they recommend using Carbon film resistors and warn not to use metal Film resistors. Since I bought all my resistors from TCSS, I don't know if they are metal or carbon film. Can anybody let me know which type they are?

They are ceramic. Carbon film youd get at a special place like Radio Shack or Digi-key or similar.

We have a mix and it doesn't matter.. I questioned it as I could find no reason not to use metal film and this was Erv's response.

"They are just fine it's just my preference. For through hole resistors it's not really a problem it's more for surface mount"

Thank you for checking with the source I 'm getting ready to work on my first hilt and I wanted to get the last few technical things cleared up
