2nd Build Wiring Diagram. Let's up the ante

So it's been a while but I'm actually very close to completing this. I was starting to wire up the PeX and I began to have second thoughts. As you can see from my wiring diagram, I had it drawn out like the manual has on Page 10. But I noticed that there are positive and negative marks on the PeX. If I go by the drawing in manual, then I'm not hooking into the positive of the PeX at all? Or is the one marked "R" the positive? Here's the updated drawing with a more true to life PeX.
