SLIGHT 'S' shape

I'm planning a super lightsaber w/ kyber crystal inside. I was doing some sleuthing, and asked her if she were to have her own saber, what would it look like. She wants something that is a 'S' shape, like Ventress' dual blade, but the curves have to be very subtle. So think Ventress' hilt in its S shape, but it's right in between a straight hilt, and the S shape. Anyone know of a place that sells a hilt like this, or any ideas? I'm trying to find out my options, and I'm curious if anyone has done something like this.

I'm about to build one like this. I'm doing a dragon based saber for a client and I plan to give it a subtlle S shape. I am going to anneal and bend the aluminum by hand in a homemade jig I made. I'll get some pics once I begin the process in the next day or so.

As far as I know there is no one who has sells a ready made hilt like this.

I am very interested in your progress bending aluminum tube. What wall thickness?
