Thread: Variable FV and Wiring Technique Question...

Default Variable FV and Wiring Technique Question...

1- Accent LED wired to 3.3V pad has a Variable FV range (3.2- 3.8 ). I was going to calculate for 3.2 (which is 5.6ohms).. Does that work? (My other option is to wire to main 3.7v pad so accent matches blade pulse...In that case should I still use 3.2?)

2-What is your technique for wiring the board when ultimately it will be flipped over for SD Card accesss (chassis I'm using demands this)

The accent pads put out 3.3V and 18mA, so if your accent LED has a variable FV, it can withstand the 3.3V

I don’t flip my boards over.

"Yeah, yeah, I've heard it all before... you want blindingly bright, super loud, running 1138 blinkies off of the cheapest sound card you can find AND you want all of it to run on a battery the size of a dime, and run for a very, VERY long time. That one cracks me up every time..."

Thank you.. I wasn't sure if the led as truly variable or the manufacturer was guessing that is was somewhere in that range!
