Default Hole size for switch 16

I知 trying to find out what size hole would be needed for momentary tactile switch 16 and is there a service to have it cut into one of the MHS parts.

It would depend on what you plan on using for a cap/actuator.

If I understand it correctly (which I may be wrong) I want to use this button to be almost flush with the body wherever I may place it. Maybe I am misunderstanding the purpose of this button, but I dont like the ball look of switch 20. I just want a very small not noticeable button

Why not just use switch 22 and a discrete switch hat? Darth Chasm has a tutorial for that somewhere.

Typically those switches are used with a cap or actuator over them. They’re the same or very similar to what’s inside electric razors, headphones, stereos etc. They never really seen. That specific switch does not have enough height to feasibly be flush with the od. You’d need switch 17 I think. The taller black one and you would need to cut it to size. The hole for that if I remember correctly is 1/8/3-ish mm.

you can make your own cap with a little creativity. This is a basic idea inspired by some of madcows switches. http://forums.thecustomsabershop.com...ght=Brass+caps

And FJK also has a video on these types of switch set ups using the switch rings. http://forums.thecustomsabershop.com...style-switches
