    Default chassis - Preventative Measures

Anyone have a tip for making sure the chassis will come back out? Current build is tight, I'm afraid if I stick it all the way in (as it needs to be to put the pommel back on) I won't be able to get it out and the heatsink prevents accessing from the top.

    Much Obliged...

PS.. I'll need chassis access to charge. The Power of Hindsight...

epoxy a ribbon or string to part of the chassis so you can have something to grip to pull it back out.

I wrap some 220 grid sand paper around a 1" wood dowel and lightly sand the section that the chassis is going into. Then trial fit it to make certain that it is snug but removable. It would make sense to place a set screw at the front of the chassis if needed, but if you don't over-sand it does not slide around.
