Your attachment is tough to read.
Why is your CC LED wired to accent pads? Why not just run RGB parallel with the blade. Use a common anode RGB LED and wire it to the main LED pads. Its hard to tell from your drawing. How did you common up all the positives on the main LED? Photos of your solders would help, as well as a photo of your complete wiring diagrams and intentions. What are you trying to accomplish?
