Thread: Tactile Switch Ring

    Default Tactile Switch Ring

I am using a sink tube with a couple of 1.50in adapters and I was curious if its possible to cut a section out of the bottom of the ring to it allow clearance to fit or are they too rigid?

I cut my switch ring that holds two 22 tactile switches since I just could not get it to fit in MHS V1 body... all i did was use a quarter of the ring for each switch, and loctite super glued it to each hole from the inside. they do not move at all

I used some flush cut snips and cut the ring at the bottom and stuffed the ring in the sinktube and marked where the over lap is and cut the excess off and it worked like a charm.

3D printed stuff is usually stiff, but able to be cut quite easily with a razor blade, like an Exacto Knife. After all, its usually some sort of plastic like ABS.
