Saber with ear shattering Static sound

Hi All

I am almost done with my kylo saber with neo pixel strips. there is an issue i posted a video, any help would be greatly appreciated. basically, when i turn on the saber the booth sound is milky smooth and great, but when the saber actually turns on there is super loud static noise over powering the sound font, can any one let me know what could this be?

OK so just wanted to share that I decided to charge my battery and after charging it which i might add took for ever the sound the static sound is gone, great news, so i needed to charge my battery and that was the issue all thanks to other posts that in the form and few great guys suggested to charge the battery and i decide to do that.
so issues is gone thank you all
