Thread: NBV4 pEx problems.

  1. #1

    Default NBV4 pEx problems.

So I wired up a NEC RGB cree to the three pads on the nbv4.
Pex going on the third, as the manual stated.
Wired everything up exactly how the manual said, double and triple checked.

When I pull the kill key on the RCP, the third dye (the blue on my case, pEx connected) lights up!
The board is shut off, but the blue keeps on shining.

What the heck is going on?
I have wired everything exactly how the manual showed, and this is not my first install.
Well, first nbv4. Done lots of Nb3 and Spark boards.

    Anyone got any ideas?

That sounds like you have the pex wired incorrectly or you have a short in the wiring.

No shorts and the pex seems to be wired correct.
