    Fits like a glove

    The sides from the inside have a 1 inch opening the custom saber shop 1 inch led/heatsink plop right in from the inside of the saber. One side was a little too tight so I used a dremel to sand it open a little more. I then drilled and tapped 10-32 holes and used a set screw to keep it in place. I left it in my office, I’ll try and take pics and post them soon.

    Im almost done wiring mine. I went with the Black series conersion kit and modified it to make it work.

    Do you guys know if the Spark 2 can manage the original switch ON/OFF button already present on the hilt?

    Damn I need to start ripping into mine... I have the chassis I just need to get the blade holders and led modules...

    Yea it’s made by Justin Marshall. He’s on Facebook. Sells them via Shapeways. I don’t see how the speaker will work but I’ll figure it out when I get there

    I've finally finished mine. Took me around 12 hours to convert. Pretty happy with the result.
