Switch plan (originally tried to squeeze them in to 1.2 double female by butchering heat sink. This failed, had to expand to 2" double female to make this work. Still pondering how to better accomplish this, keeping switches as high as possible without adding extra hilt pieces to do so.

Final chassis assembly. There are 3 5mm accent leds in aftmost ring on RC Port. Red, Green, Blue which are on programmed cycles (Ide, Activation, Hum, Clash, Blaster):


Put the non-fluted end down, fluted end of hit up. Cut out 4 vents with dremel to expose crystal chamber (and vent more sound). Leather wrapped the bottom of hilt, the smoothe part, and put brass covertec there.

I learned a lot building this one, and I already know that Stephanie really loves it. So did everyone else at work that saw it. Its a bright and loud saber with a lot of cool features.
