    That chamber is awesome DC. Lots of intricate work. In a former life, I was a model builder, and I think that is why I enjoy this so much. Its like model-building for adults, and the models work. Lots of art work and interpretation in it too. Its a crazy addictive hobby this is. Your sabers are always top notch in the craftsmanship!

    DC, I really, really like the bent threaded rod that you had in that chamber. Really an asymmetrical, simple, and unique idea. The asymmetry alone is its own greeblie. I hope you decide to work that into your design with either the threaded rod or the enameled wire you were thinking about using.

    That looks great, DC! Questions: I hadn't considered attaching a chassis as far up as you've attached it. Is yours connected to the blade holder? Is there an extension under the shroud there? That it's attached between? Did you use a chassis disc to wedge it between two sections, or is it using the chassis disc that threads in to a female section?
