MHS Heat Sink V3 questions

Hi!

A couple questions about this part.

1) The V4 is only for hilts where space is at a premium, correct?

2) How to these hold up? I mean, you put your LED and lens inside the cap and the heatsink threads in, locking everything in a neat package?

3) You think there'll be enough heatsink protruding to use some set screws to mount parts to it?

4) I read it takes a tri-rebel, would it take a tri-cree? Also, any advantages of one over the other? I'm using it with a nano biscotte.

1) I have used both and they seem to work equally well, regardless of the space in the hilt.

2) They hold up just fine, and you are correct.

3) I have considered doing that myself, but never tried it.

4) Tri-Rebels and Tri-Crees both use the same size 20mm star pad, so they both fit just fine. Tri-Crees are brighter.

Thanks. Ordering from Europe and I can't see Tri-rebels in my supplier so I was thinking if those would work.
