    I wanted to show the choke in this post. It is press fit. Heated up the aluminum and cooled the brass then covered the metal with wood and hit it with a hammer till the parts were flush. Then repeated for the handle. Parts were .004” different, the brass larger. I loved the way this came out. Essentially welded together... you would have to cut them apart to separate them. Thanks to my friend John for giving me the engineering advice on this one.

    it's criminal that this beauty isn't getting it's full glory!

    I've had a few rocker switches on my desk but I haven't had the guts to put them in a saber.. I think I may finally take some inspiration here!
