Longtime SW and general sci-fi fan (I've been told that seeing ANH was my parents' first date) and swords in general, fencer for 13 years (since late 2004; primarily épée, started in & still dabbling in sabre), and recently very much interested in crafting my own lightsaber (as time and finances permit) and learning about the hobby.
