Switch 22: where are my leads?

Hey everybody, short and quick question. I got a switch 22 and I love it, satisfying click that isn't too loud, it's nice and tiny.
Just clarify, by switch 22, I mean: http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/SP...itch-P641.aspx
But I'm still new to this, and without obvious + or - leads, I'm a little lost.
Question 1: Are the leads those 4 pointed legs or the teeny weeny bits on the side?
Question 2: this switch works with a pico crumble, yes? (Just making sure)

And yes, it will work with the Pico Crumble.

This is one of my favorite switches for a lightsaber. I agree, it's got a very nice, satisfying click.
