Default Noob building a tri cree stunt saber, battery questions.

So, I'm gutting an US body I've worked on previously and sticking a Tri-XP-E2 with 3 deep red LEDs.
The info on the LED is
    425 Radiant Flux @ 350mA
    Forward Voltage @1000mA = 2.5v

Will A standard 6v 4AAA battery holder be able to generate enough juice to get these lights running?

They'll light up, but not well or for long. If you only wanted to use a single LED on your star, you could do it with just 2 alkaline batteries (3v). AAA batteries won't provide enough current to drive all 3 LEDs properly. You'll want a li-ion solution. A single 18650 cell will do the job just fine.

Alright, I'll go the 18650 route. Thank you! I'll just figure out what resistors I need and should be golden. I'll need one for each led, correct?

That is what we generally recommend.
