Small diameter extension

Are there any smaller diameter extensions that could extend blade holder 2 at the same size? Maybe like 4 or 5 inches or so?

I've never seen a BH #2 in person, but it looks like its the standard 1.45" OD, which would mean you could use the 4" or 5" double female threaded connector from the store.
