Default Creating a blade holder that slides over hilt.

So I have a Saberforge Archon, and I am attempting to customize it by removing the top shroud, and would like to replace it to make it appear as if the TCSS blade holder 2 is the actual blade holder. The problem is that it's inner diameter is too small, and the Archon body is not threaded. Any recommendations on how to go about this?

You'll likely need access to a machine shop with tools like metalworking lathes if you want to thread and/or bore out your existing parts. If you have no experience with these tools, you'll want to find someone who does.

It would be easier to build a new saber from scratch out of all MHS parts.
We all have to start somewhere. The journey is all the more impressive by our humble beginnings.
