I got some polycarbonate tubes that are precut to 33 inches.
Is the cut portion 7 inch polycarbonate also included in the shipment or they dont include that?

We do not include it unless you put a note on the order asking for it.

I just take a pipe cutter and make blade plugs with the extra and some shaver head refill
