Need a blade-holder/reducer

So, I have this hilt I inherited from someone with a bunch of spare parts. It looks like a fairly standard ultrasabers-ish unibody hilt with a pommel, and I was able to fit in a battery holder, switch, and 1.25" OD LED module just fine...but the hilt is 1.25" all the way up to the emitter. So, clearly, I can't put a 1" blade in it as-is. Does anyone know of any prefab 1.25" OD/1"ID reducer that could hold a blade and be held in turn by the set screw on the hilt?

You can pick up a piece of 1.25 x 1.009 aluminum tubing and cut it to size. The 1.009 is the ID of a telescopic piece that would accept a 1" tube. This would probably be cheaper than any other solution. You can just have your retention screw go through the tubing. To figure out where your hole should be, tightening the retention screw should leave a noticeable mark.
