Red Forward Voltage @1000mA = 3.41v
Green Forward Voltage @1000mA = 2.59v
Royal Blue Forward Voltage @1000mA = 3.58v


So... 3.7 - 3.41 / 1.0 = 1.11

3.7 - 2.59 / 1.0 = 0.12

3.7 - 3.41 / 1.00 .3


So then..

I don't need resistors on Green / Blue but a 1.2ohm 3w resistor on Red?

I'm kind of lost I guess. *sigh* feel like such a newb

Your math skills need a bit of work. Or else you just copied things down incorrectly.

(3.7 - 3.41) / 1.0 = 0.29
(3.7 - 2.59) / 1.0 = 1.11
(3.7 - 3.58 ) / 1.0 = 0.12

You can use these resistors: http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/47...stor-P947.aspx for the Green and Blue as a safety measure. It will not noticeably alter the brightness.

Yes, that is an acceptable resistor for the Red.

Resistor = $0.50. Tri-Cree = $20. You don't need ohms law to figure that one.
