    This was a 2 day build I did for a good friend of mine who recently helped me out of a bind. He sent me a sketch a while back so I decided to bring it to life for him.

    SPECS:

    NBv3 w/ tri rebel cyan/cyan/white foc

    18500 rechargeable battery with in hilt recharge

    100% custom machined aluminum hilt, copper shroud dremel cut by hand, custom machined brass pommel.

    I had threaded it for the recharge port, but then decided against it. Now it can be used for an added decoration that as of yet has not been made lol

    There is a blade holder. The saber is 4 parts. Main hilt, blade holder, pommel and shroud.

    In this pic you can see the blade holder and custom heat sink, note that the main hilt body is different from the one used in the final saber and the brass pommel secion was cut down significantly in the final version.
