    Default WSO2 - Steamkiller commission

My client Greg contacted me back before xmas about doing a steam punk version of a TFUSK...I've always wanted to build a Starkiller and of course I love the steam punk look so I jumped at the chance. There were ups and there were downs, but this really was a very fun project and its going to a great home.

    Specs -
-Fully custom hilt machined from aluminum, brass, copper and steel w/ acid etching and an "old, but cared for" weathering approach.
-NEC Igniter2 board w/ NeCree RGB led
-Custom crystal chamber with amazing holocron crystal lit by 2 5mm RGB leds
-2000mah 18500 battery w/ in hilt recharge and kill key
-Wooden display box with antique brass latch

    Pics

I'm going to wait till dark to make some vids...they will be posted when they're ready.

    Thanks for looking and MTFBWY

From Wikipedia: "Internet Explorer slows down GIFs if the framerate is 20 frames per second or higher and Microsoft reports that Google Chrome and Safari also slow down some GIF animations."

Fantastic work. Can we get a better shot of the pommel/D-ring holder? I almost missed it the first time, but that looks awesome.

I'm always amazed by how some of you guys hold your crystals in your chamber. No matter how hard I look at your images I can't figure it out.
