    when I said it's illegal to push a moose out the back of an airplane I meant while in flight.

    So what if a moose has his midlife crisis and decides to go skydiving, but then then gets cold feet when they get up there, but then the engine starts to go out, and they have to lose some weight, the moose already has a parachute, it only makes sense to push the moose out of the plane, does the pilot get arrested?

    How about this one, 5 head of Moose make a skydiving pact and the first 4 jump of thier own valition... is it wrong for the pilot (who for some reason understands enough moose to understand the pact, but forgot to bring his dreamsville moose horn to translate the encouraging words to moose number 5) to push him out, and would he still get in trouble?

    Are you sure you didn't misread the law?

    maybe its not allowed to serve mooseheads while in plane?
