What's the max constant current draw of the 3.7V 3400mAh battery pack?

I was looking online to find the max current draw of 3.7v battery packs and saw they're usually 2-3 amp. max. But then I found others that had a constant 10-20 amp. constant current draw.

I was wondering what the max constant current draw was for the battery packs in the shop.

It is around 2-3 except for the Panasonics which have 4A
