I finished this install with a custom chassis, inspired form the Aliens movies and Giger

Custom Alien Giger chassis
li-ion 18650
Spark 2
2W veco bass speaker
1.8mm accent LED under bubble card
KR Sabers glass eye and blade plug

Very nice! I like the accent LEDs under the bubble card.
I like the silvery blue blade color, too. Are you running the blue and white together and using the green for flash on clash?
yes, blue and white 100% plus green 25% to give make a very clear cyan and green for FoC
