    Default 4 LEDS @ 1 A too much?

I am designing a saber with 4 High Powered LEDs that run at 1 Amp.

Is this feasible? I mean, they usually will not all be on at the same time but I need to know if it is something that I need to guard against and what kind of battery solution would be best.

    Thanks for any advice.

"Yeah, yeah, I've heard it all before... you want blindingly bright, super loud, running 1138 blinkies off of the cheapest sound card you can find AND you want all of it to run on a battery the size of a dime, and run for a very, VERY long time. That one cracks me up every time..."
