Claymore lightsaber hilt

For the next saber that I want to build I want it to be a medieval type saber with a traditional type crossguard. Rob's Grey Claymore at Genesis Custom Sabers is my inspiration and would love a blade holder similar to that one. I want to get the blade holder machined or even like a PVC shroud but just wanted to get some insight and any possible suggestions!

It looks like that is a shroud around the actual blade holder.

Madcow (Rob) is on here, but he may not want to give away all his secrets.

Yeah I emailed him and he said to check here since he doesn't sell individual parts. So I'm looking to either get a shroud or holder machined or any recommendations for pvc or any other material.

Selling parts or offering services on the forum isn't allowed, so you'd have to email Tim, the shop's owner, and see if he could make you something. otherwise, you'll have to do it yourself.
