Default Making custom sound fonts, but won't work properly

So I started to make my own sound fonts in 16bit/22050Hz.
I copy my sound banks to my desktop and format the SD card.
I keep one original Meat on the NB v3 and put the custom one in the other bank.
The original is still fine, but when I try to boot the other sound bank, it gives the standard first beep
and instead of the boot sound it beeps one time again and doesn't play any of the other sounds when I power on or off.
It does keep the time in mind which I put in the config file, meaning when I power on, I have to power off again before I can switch fonts again, only it is silent.
After that, the original Meat works just fine.

Does anyone know what the problem could be?
All files are there, maybe some meta data?
The sounds are bigger than the original sound fonts, but I don't think that could be a problem

You must perform a FULL format on the SD card. A quick format will not work. This is the most common cause of your issue.

Metadata or having the wrong file format will also give problems. I use the free sound program Audacity, and don't have any issues.
We all have to start somewhere. The journey is all the more impressive by our humble beginnings.

You also need to make sure you have all the files the board requires. If you're missing some swings or clashes, it will give you the beeps you are describing.

    Do lights still come on?

No Ty-Bomber, the lights won't come on either and all files are present.
It doesn't even beep when I power it on if that file would have been corrupt, it just doesn't play anything.

Silver Serpent: I have fully formated the SD card, not quick format this time and the problem presists.
All files are .wav and are rendered from FL Studio in the right bit size.
How do I remove metadata from wav files in Audacity then?
Because rendering in audacity doesn't change anything

I finally found a way to play all the sounds, but now I have another problem...
I can play a few swings and clashes, but then my speaker starts screeching and board reboots.
Are my sound fonts too bass heavy?

If your board is rebooting, check to be sure your battery is fully charged. Also, did you put a resistor on your main LED? If the main blade LED is being run without at least a nominal resistor, it can cause the board to act wonky.

you don't want a lot of bass in your sounds. For one, the it adds a lot of volume to the sounds, which increases the chances of clipping, which sounds gross.

second, none of the speakers we use really take advantage of anything below 250 hz. I equalize all of my files to cut out this low end.

    Really useful advice, thanks.
I lowered my bass with -10 so I'll see what that gives.
Everything is working fine with the standard meats, battery fully charged and a resistor in both main LEDs, also on clash.
It was really my board that rebooted because the speaker was asking for too much power and started screeching like when you have music playing when a blue screen appears on pc.
I lowered my volume from 4 to 3. It is not the loudest, but it did the trick.
The next sound font will probably be better.

Here's the link to the post I just made with all the videos and pictures in it.
