    In absolutely humbled. Amazing work!

Tell me about the blade plug. I'd also like to see a few close ups of it.

Unbelievable! That internal looks like a realization from a sci-fi 3d concept, amazing work!

Hey CET, thank you sir. The blade plug is a stator coil from a disk drive with a bit of 1"brass tube and a bit of 1" blade stock.

As for close ups, have you got zoom mode?

Thanks DC. I spent ages thinking about a spring and a tiny button when all it took was a piece of foam, plus the thumb plate can't be pressed accidentally.

I tried a dozen different ways to assemble my switch and lens setup before I just used some foam mounting tape which was originally supposed to be temporary but has held up rather nicely

    Awesome saber bro!
Wishing I had one of those right now. Loving the turbine feel to the core
Would go especially well with purple imo

"Peace is a lie. Perhaps the greatest of them all. Peace, or a lack of change equals Death. If the waters of a pool cease to move, and become stagnant, the waters poison themselves, and kill all who drink from it. Chaos, on the other hand, brings great change. Should the pool be over taken by a river, life springs anew.

Ugh, this whole thin is a work of art. I absolutely love the switch mechanism!

I keep revisiting this saber, ogling the pictures and trying to come up with the right thing to say. A sting of expletives; a long low whistle; a novella on beauty and simplicity as a facade for life's underlying complexity; Donkey and onions and layers. In the end, I'm going with: Bravo. Beautiful. Gallery-worthy.
