    Question Vader Black Series Conversion - Help!

    I've got a few questions for those that have done a Black Series Vader conversion. I just got the new Black Series Vader and am in the process of converting it, but the blade holder in the kit has a slight lip that is making it difficult to get in all the way. Is this something new (assuming I have one of the newest wave 2 releases) or is it supposed to fit that tightly?

    I noticed that in the sticky'd '05 Vader guide, the part looks like it had been milled/sanded to remove the lip. What's the best way (without a metal lathe) to knock it down evenly all the way around?
