School Project Help - Making a Staff - 3D printing the chassis

Hey guys!

(First off, feel free to move this thread if it's in the wrong spot)

So I've been looking into building a staff for quiet a while now. I've accumulated quiet the parts list, found below, and I have an interesting opportunity. I'm taking a 3D printing class that's new to my college and we will be working on this project the whole semester. My idea for the project is to design and print the chassis. After running the idea past my teacher, he suggested that I print the whole thing and test out the fitting of the chassis. This is where I need help. I need specific dimensions of the ID (inner diameter) and OD (outer diameter) of the main body and other features on each part. That way I can accurate model the chassis that'd be good to go when I'm able to order the parts.

So, if you can help me that'd be great. I don't know if the people who run the actual store are super active on the forum, so ANY and ALL help is GREATLY appreciated! Thanks guys!

If I end up not being able to do this, I'll probably end up designing Grenade Face's (of the Knights of Ren) helmet.
